Position: Analyst
This individual will play a critical role in benchmarking service management by working directly with clients and closely with consultants to identify improvement opportunities and create the appropriate tools needed to assess performance. The candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, life sciences, mathematics, or related field, with an excellent academic record. Knowledge and interest in statistical analysis, superior analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, HTML are essential (Statistical SW Visual Basic and SQL knowledge is a plus). The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborate in a team-oriented environment as well as work independently, and have the ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the construction of data-driven analysis to facilitate the presentation of fact-based recommendations to the client leading to better business performance.
Perform complex data analysis utilizing statistical methods and software programs to draw insight and actionable conclusions from the database.
Demonstrate leadership, commitment, and results in service and delivery for supply chain benchmarking.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of survey programming tools and database by working closely with the IT team.
Work closely with consultants to create new benchmarking services and programs.
Assist in executing customized benchmark projects in conjunction with client engagements, and serve as an active member of the project team. This includes managing the data-collection process, analyzing data, and constructing reference data sets.
Survey administration including setting up new accounts, resolving client-related questions, performing final survey submission and validation.
