Senior PeopleSoft Developer – Waltham

Leading private research university in the Boston area is seeking a Sr. PeopleSoft Developer to serve as an integral member of its Administrative Information Systems team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior PS Developer is responsible for the maintenance, design, development, and technical support of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). This includes working extensively with all aspects of the PeopleSoft Development environment and employing various reporting tools. Responsible for developing and maintaining multiple complex interfaces to and from the ERP system. Responsible for high level support and troubleshooting all issues related to functional processes that are not working to the business community's satisfaction. Responsible for development of programmatic solution where functionality is not provided, or does not meet designated requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Analytical Skills, technical expertise, and broad experience with complex software issues. Ability to recommend process changes and manage advanced technical projects as given. Advanced technical skilsl in a variety of applications and tools, including PeopleSoft development environment. Good typing skills and ability to be effective communicator - both oral and written. Ability to work with various constituencies and aid in the collaboration amongst these supported business organizations. Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years work experience required.
