Heres what you can expect to do:
5 years of experience revenue generating companies
Proven track record in building products from scratch
Has built distributed client/server or Agent based products
Experience in Storage, File Systems and IT Infrastructure
OOD, Patterns
Agile software development concepts
Hands on experience with Open Source frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
App Servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, SQL (MS SQL, MySQL), J2EE, LAMP, Ruby, AJAX, CSS and Web Services
