CDI is currently recruiting for a Connect Direct/Connect Enterprise Support Expert. This position is remote (work from home) long term (1 year) contract. Travel is required. Contract is available with a large/reputable computer corporation. Qualified candidates with have the following skill sets:

As a Windows NT Server Engineer, primary job responsibilities include providing daily support for in-house and remote customers as necessary within the Windows NT Multi-Domain Environment. Respond, assist, and resolve in a timely manner all Help Desk Tier I trouble calls/tickets, Customer Service Center (CSC) requests, and provide Windows NT Domain assistance for client in a multiple domain model. Provide Windows NT support for designated File / Print Servers within the environment, including hardware and software build and support, data migration, data maintenance, and consolidation. Deploy pre-defined and scripted software and patches to supported remote customers. Provide TCP/IP WINS/DNS management of multiple Subnets. Perform various project support duties as requested by management.

Qualifications should include but are not limited to familiarity with the Microsoft NT v4.0, 2000 and 2003 systems environment OS, design infrastructure, and administrative tools. Knowledge and experience with Active Directory as well as NTFS File Permissions, Windows NT Group Share Creation, Multiple Domain Model, and understanding of application security requirements. The candidate should have excellent problem solving, communication, and customer service skills. In addition, he/she should have the ability to handle multiple priorities on a regular basis. Candidates possessing experience within a pharmaceutical environment preferable.
